Life is often unpredictable, and situations arise in which you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. By giving us 24 hours’ notice it allows us to fill your appointment and provide treatment to someone else in need.

We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours to avoid a 100% “Subsequent Consultation” fee.

A “No Show” is considered in the event of a therapist arriving at a client’s home without notice of a cancellation or reschedule, or if the client is not home at the time of a scheduled booking. A full fee will be charged

Cancellations and reschedules can be received either from your care provider, support person by phoning 0435 350 789 or email to info@remedialtherapyathome.com. Cancellations and reschedules can also be notified to their therapist directly.
